SSO Test Login failed for SAML configuration on E-Series SANtricity System Manager

Issue
- During initial configuration of the SAML feature in SANtricity, the SSO Test Login (Step 4) fails with the following error:
Failed to validate SAML configuration on Controller B because:Cannot validate authentication.Ensure the IdP is accessible and the IdP server and controller clocks are synchronized.
- NTP and DNS have been configured on controllers and show Enabled.
- NTP servers are reachable via ping.
