Answer

Memory (RAM):

  1. Open SANtricity System Manager.
  2. Navigate to Controller Settings → Cache tab.
  3. The Data Cache section displays each module’s capacity, status, and location. The total data cache size is the sum of all modules.
  4. Note: The “Total Present (MiB)” value may not represent the sum of all modules; always check individual module details for accurate total.

CPU:

  1. Open SANtricity System Manager.
    • CPU Temperature: Navigate to Controllers → Temperature.
    • CPU Usage/Performance:  Go to Home → To select an array-level view, click CPU button.
  2.  For detailed CPU hardware specifications (such as model and core count):  Refer to the NetApp Hardware Universe (HWU) for specific E-Series model.
  3. The GUI/CLI does not display processor model/cores directly. Access to Hardware Universe is provided to NetApp employees, as well as partners and customers who have registered with the NetApp Support Site to obtain full system access.
