Note: Any system that gets upgraded from 11.30 to 11.40, and email alerts were not configured before (on 11.30), is impacted by this issue.

Issue

Configure email alerts window does not fully load in SANtricity System Manager 11.40. A loading dialog may appear, but the configure alerts window does not load/show up.
