E-Series ASUP notifications use old mail server IP after change to confg

Issue

After updating the AutoSupport (ASUP) mail server address, daily ASUP notifications are still sent using the old mail server address.
Review the web-server-trace-log-B.txt file from the support bundle 
look for reference to the old IP and any  errors
