E-Series new replaced drive marked as unassigned and missing from the volume group

Issue
- After replacing a failed drive, the newly replaced drive shows Unassigned and does not return back to the Volume Group

- The replaced drive does not start reconstruction or copyback and displays unassigned as it does not know to which VG it belongs to.
