Issue

  • Recovery GURU in SANtricity UI reports Volume Not on Preferred Path following a back-end E-Series storage controller replacement.
  • StorageGRID UI reports:
    • Appliance storage controller hardware issue
    • Storage appliance storage connectivity degraded
  • On affected node, command run-host-command multipath -ll output shows secondary fail back path active but not ready: 
    • Command `multipath -ll` completed with code 0. Output:
