Issue

  • During a StorageGRID upgrade, a node fails to complete the reboot process and remains stuck in a continuous boot loop.
  • SSH/Ping to Node is unavailable.
  • StorageGRID-PGE is not accessible.
  • BMC is accessible.
  • BMC console could not complete the boot cycle.
