Issue

Customer was unable to restore SQL DBs from Snapshot
In \SCW_1521_20221129_0457.log following error was found:
DiskPart has encountered an error: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
See the System Event Log for more information.
