The SCV backup succeeds, but an error occurs when verifying the Snapshot on the Secondary Storage when the SnapMirror destination SCV is not registered

  • SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere(SCV)
  • SnapMirror or SnapVault Configured
  • Secondary storage is not configured to SCV

Issue

  • SCV SnapVault replication  fails for a relationship with the following error message:

Unable to find SnapMirror destination(s). Error: No SnapMirror relationships were found. Resolution: Please make sure that secondary storage systems are registered and host can resolve them correctly.Unable to find SnapVault destination for the source volume(s)

  • Manual SnapMirror operations are successful.
