Issue

When using the Alternate Location option in the SCV Restore wizard, none of the drop-down lists populate when selected.  This results in it not being possible to restore the selected resource to an alternate location.
 
 
It may also show an old IP address for the Destination vCenter Server, after a change of IP on the vCenter, and an update of SCV to use the new IP.
