SCV 5.0P1 retention issue in SM-BC setup

Issue

With SM-BC configured  what is happening is that SCV, at the end of backup jobs, triggers the snapshot/backup deletion as per retention settings. Backups references are removed from the SCV repository but some snapshots are not deleted from the storage.
Snapshot left behind are the one that are reporting this message in ASUP

Snapshot copy 'snaphost_name' is not successfully replicated for the relationship 'xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx' with source volume DSID 'xxxx' and path '/vol/volpath'. Reason: Failed to write metadata information to source volume snapshot
