Issue

SCSQL should put the database in a Single User Mode when performing Clone lifecycle jobs to prevent connections to the database clone. 
Currently, while acquiring SPIDs and terminating those connections, user sessions can reconnect back to the database and cause the detach/renaming process to fail.
