Issue

When trying to add a NetApp ONTAP storage system (cluster) to OTV, the following error is seen.

An error occurred while adding Storage System. An unspecified error occurred when connecting to the controller at IP address 192.168.0.101

From OTV's vsc.log, we can see this error.

[2024-09-20T14:53:40,835Z] [qtp1972772630-17] [ WARN] invokeZAPI(0): failed OntapConnectionImpl{ipAddress=192.168.0.101, userName=admin, port=443, ssl=true} API failed. ONTAPI has been proactively suspended on this cluster due to inactivity as this feature is deprecated. Use the "system services web ontapi modify" CLI command to un-suspend ONTAPI.
