Issue

Customers who want to insert custom images into reports made through the Cognos Report Studio may encounter an error when trying to browse for the image file. This error is seen when following these steps: 

  1. Open Report Studio in Data Warehouse and create a new report.
  2. Click the Toolbox icon under Insertable Objects.
  3. Double-click Image to add an image placeholder in the right-pane.

  1. Double-click the image placeholder to get the Image URL dialog box.
  2. Click Browse.
