Performance archives are created with future dates after change to daylight savings time on OnCommand Insight

Issue

The error affects the performance archiving in ElasticSearch. OnCommand Insight starts to create performance archives with future dates and creats many of them; not only one per day. Extra performance archives end up filling up available disk space. The archiver.log shows entries similar to the following.

Checking the performance archive directory will show excessive amount of performance archive files dated to the future.
