DWH database backup failed to restore cognos content store

Issue
DWH database was upgraded, so the ETL will run successfully. Reports restoration and upgrade failed. Please save your OCI DWH backups and contact NetApp support to discuss reports restoration.
Reason: Failed to restore from 'dwh_7.3.9_all_8082997711018406551.zip', Failed to restore content store
Or
When manually restoring Content Store backup file in Data warehouse reporting portal, we get to see this error
CM-REQ-4310 Unable to locate all parts of the multivolume deployment archive.
