  1. Go to mysupport.netapp.com
  2. Sign in.

  1. Select "Tools" and then "Active IQ".

  1. You may search for the array using its serial number, site, customer, etc.
  2. Select the object found under "Results".

  1. Click on the number that shows in Upgrades.

  1. Click on "System".

  1. You may edit the target version by clicking on the pencil icon.
  2. Once you have selected the target version, click on Generate Upgrade Plan.
