Unified Manager cluster monitoring fails because of keycache

  • OnCommand Unified Manager 9.4 ( OCUM )
  • OnCommand Unified Manager 9.5 ( OCUM )
  • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.6+ ( AIQUM )


  • Suddenly cluster monitoring fails, or the cluster is not updated anymore
  • Issue is limited to one or more but does usually not affect all clusters
  • Events for the cluster indicate an Internal Error or Cannot update server as the failure reason.
