Restoring an Active IQ Unified Manager 9.9 backup to a freshly deployed vApp/OVA fails

Issue
- After deploying a fresh AIQUM 9.9 OVA, restoring a backup from a separate AIQUM 9.9 system fails.
- An error is observed in the
/var/log/ocum/UM_restore_{timestamp}.log
file
ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 10436742: Table 'opm.tsa_sample_data' doesn't exist
