OnCommand Unified Manager 7.3P1 performance data is not displayed due to env. variable path missing

Issue

  • Performance data is not displayed in OCUM Web UI
  • When viewing the Performance / Volumes, Cluster, Node, SVM etc. page in the OCUMUM Web UI the columns Latency, IOPS, MBps display N/A instead of performance data
  • The following error will be listed in au.log

2020-05-25 07:31:21,311 ERROR [pool-3-thread-3] c.o.s.a.d.n.a.c.BasePerformanceArchive (BasePerformanceArchive.java:241)
- java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.datasource.netapp_ocie.archiver.parser.ArchiveFileParser: Failed to retrieve counters from one of the files, Cause: %cluster_name%
