OnCommand Unified Manager's web interface becomes slow/unresponsive

Issue
- The OnCommand Unified Manager web interface becomes stale, unresponsive, and stops collecting data from its monitored Clusters
- Events/alerts are not triggered because the server is barely functioning
- After rebooting the Virtual Machine instance of OnCommand Unified Manager (vApp), functionality resumes for a relatively short period of time until responsiveness slows down and it needs to be rebooted again
- In some occasions the AIQUM services may not start at all after a reboot
In Support Bundle's 'jboss' folder, review the 'au_error###.log" file for the following content:
# There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.
