Answer

No. Once a Storage Efficiency Policy (SEP) is assigned to a workload in Unified Manager (UM), there is no option to subsequently set it back to "unassigned" for that workload.

Additional Information

As a workaround, create a new SEP with the desired settings (e.g. with storage efficiency features disabled) and apply that instead.
