Active IQ Unified Manager poll stuck "In Progress" due to a large snapmirror history table

Issue
- Cluster polling for one or more clusters in AIQUM is stuck in an "In Progress" state and never completes.
- Cluster polling fails with:
Failed to run NewOriginatorUpdateTask, origin:21 originatorName:cluster_name
