Active IQ Unified Manager installation failing on windows using "SYSTEM" account

Issue
Active IQ Unified Manager installation failing on windows using "SYSTEM" account. psexec command is used to open the terminal as system account and triggers the unattended installation as documented in the installation guide. We see the following error in the MSI log.
