ActiveIQ Unified Manager Web UI not opening due to running database dump

Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) 9.6p1 OVA


Upon several browser refreshes AIQUM Web UI may sporadically show the login screen but you will be unable to login.
How to diagnose:
  1. How to access Active IQ Unified Manager Virtual Machine (OVA) DIAG shell
  2. Check that services are properly running: sudo service ocie status and sudo service ocieau status
  3. You can see about 30% used by mysqld with top command.
  4. Run ls -lth /opt/netapp/data/ocum-backup/database-dumps-repo and see a dump with current date and time
  5. Run the previous command and check that the current dump is increasing in size and time
