AIQ Unified Manager on a linux host does not start after a successful upgrade due to file permissions

  • After a successful upgrade, the UM services do not start due to timeout
  • The server.log shows an error:

2022-03-10 09:13:12,281 ERROR [] (MSC service thread 1-2) MSC000001: Failed to start service org.jboss.msc.service.StartException in service Failed to start service


Caused by: org.jboss.msc.service.StartException in anonymous service: WFLYDM0018: Unable to start service


Caused by: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect


Caused by: Password verification failed
