AIQUM shows "The cluster is not reachable" after polling is interrupted

- OnCommand Unified Manager (OCUM) 9.x
Issue
Cluster polling in AIQUM was interrupted due to one or more reasons:
- The cluster datasource credentials or hostname / IP were updated
- A "Rediscover" for the cluster was triggered while a poll was in progress
- One or more services in AIQUM crashed and recovered automatically
- Communication with the cluster was interrupted
- The cluster was upgraded
- The cluster management lif was down
- Other temporary network errors
