AIQUM not listing some user or group quotas when setting up alert

Issue
When setting up an alert for User or Group Quota on AIQUM, some resources are not listed in Available Resources:
- Although AIQUM shows the message of "
200 or more resources found. Please search for resource name to narrow down the results.
", the listed resources are less than 200
- Although the actual number of total resources is less than 200, some resources are missing in Available Resources
