AIQUM fails to authenticate user with AD remote authentication

When attempting to authenticate with Active IQ Unified Manager, the below errors are logged:

  • UM Web UI
    • Failed to authenticate user 'user_name'.
  • UM Log Shows Error:
    • ocum-error.log
      • 2020-11-05 13:25:49,536 ERROR [user_name] [default task-412] [service.logging.SimpleRemoteLoggingService|logOnServer] [c.n.d.w.c.s.l.LdapServersPagePresenter] Failed to authenticate user 'user_name'.
    • ocumserver.log
      • 2020-11-05 13:25:49,536 ERROR [user_name] [default task-412] [service.logging.SimpleRemoteLoggingService|logOnServer] [c.n.d.w.c.s.l.LdapServersPagePresenter] Failed to authenticate user 'user_name'. Failed to authenticate user 'user_name'.
