Active IQ Unified Manager fails to start the acquisition service with error "Failed to start acquisition - Failed to load certificates"

  • Error received when trying to start the NetApp Active IQ Acquisition Service

Windows could not start the NetApp Active IQ Acquisition Service on Local Computer. 

  • From au.log, one or more of the following errors may be present.
