Issue

  • Connector is showing as inactive on BlueXP SaaS and local UI .

  • BlueXP show us this warning message:
    Failed - show failure Message -> Network Error ...

  • BlueXP Timeline :

Update Containers
Service Manager BXPCONNECTOR System Failed.
Error:failed to perform container upgrade task (singleTask - false). java.net.ConnectException: handshake timed out.

  • BlueXP logs indicate that connectivity to cloudmanager.cloud.netapp.com failed due to connection time out:
