Workload Security Agent is not configured due to failure of HTTP GET with error null

Issue

  • Workload Security Agent is not listed in Workload Security > Collectors > Agents even after installation completes
  • Agent service (cloudsecure-agent.service) is up and running
  • agent.log indicates agent configuration fails by Failed to retrieve the result for http request GET:/rest/v1/agents/login/<UUID> in 60 sec with error null
