Issue
- CI Cognos administration schedule section shows 403 while trying to view run history or modify/run OnDemand schedules
- Navigating to
Reports->Manage->Administration console->Schedulesand then trying to modify or view the reports/edit the schedules gives403 "Forbidden"error
