  • On-prem ONTAP 9.13 and later
  • BlueXP backup and recovery

Issue

  • The cloud backup jobs on BlueXP show as 'In Progress':

  • There are no 'In Progress' status jobs from the BlueXP backup and recovery volumes page:

  • The scheduled snapshot transfer for the volume has been completed, the actual transfer status is 'Success'  from the system manager and the relationship status is 'Idle' in the command line:
