BlueXP Backup and Recovery failed with TLS: Trying to read past end-of-file

Issue

When setting up backup and recovery and getting the following error is seen in the BlueXP Timeline:

Failed to back up working environment. Failed to configure object storage. Cannot verify availability of the object store from node cluster-01. Reason: TLS:Trying to read past end-of-file (a closed socket) while handshaking." The action was "Activate panaromic protection in a working environment"
