Unable to upgrade Service manager automatically for BlueXP and Onprem Connectors

• BlueXP timeline reporting that Upgrade Service Manager task is failing to upgrade from current version to new version
• Auto upgrade of service manager is failing due to below errors:

Error:Failed to update service manager: Error: Failed to dry-run sm2 binary: node:internal/process/task_queues:96 runMicrotasks(); ^ Error: docker login failed with status 1 error: WARNING!
