Issue

When attempting to create a new data SVM in Azure CVO running 9.8, the following error is shown:
 
[Job 4442] Job failed: Failed to create the Active Directory machine account "myAzure". Reason: SecD Error: no server available Details: Error: Machine account creation procedure failed
