Seeing E999 when trying to download BYOL license

  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO)
  • Cloud Manager
  • ONTAP 9
  • NetApp Support Site (NSS)

Issue

  • The current BYOL CVO license is set to expire soon
  • Cloud Manager connector has networking blocked, preventing it from updating the license
  • The license must be added manually, however error code E999 is seen on attempting to download a new license
