Issue

  • A CLAM panic occurs on one of the nodes.
    Received PANIC packet from partner, receiving message is (Coredump and takeover initiated because Connectivity, Liveliness and Availability Monitor (CLAM) has determined this node is out of quorum.)
  • vifmgr.cluscheck.ctdpktloss alerts observed before panic.
    Wed Sep 13 01:05:11 -0700 [cvo-01: vifmgr: vifmgr.cluscheck.ctdpktloss:debug]: Continued packet loss when pinging from cluster lif cvo-01_clus_1 (node cvo-01) to cluster lif cvo-02_clus_2 (node cvo-02).
