Cloud Volumes ONTAP does not boot after Azure maintenance on VM

  • ONTAP will not boot after an Azure maintenance event.
  • The Azure VM the node is running on shows as online, but ONTAP is not accessible via SSH or the BlueXP Console.
  • The console view in the Azure portal shows this:
