No, Though recommended by Microsoft, Azure Dedicated hosts is unsupported by NetApp for Cloud Volumes ONTAP on Azure currently.

Additional Information

Azure Scheduled Maintenance event notifications are sent to ONTAP via the Azure metadata service, but only 15 minutes prior to the actual event.
Microsoft recommends Azure Dedicated Hosts as it provides Maintenance Control feature.
