Issue

Trident CSI pods raise warnings events for reading a secret which no longer exists:
 
$ oc get events -n trident
LAST  SEEN  TYPE  REASON  OBJECT  MESSAGE
2m47s  Warning  FailedMount  pod/trident-csi-xxxxx  MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "trident-csi-token-xxxxx" : secret "trident-csi-token-xxxxx" not found
