SMBR failing with "Command Mount-SdSnapshot failed" cause by missing Powershell Module

Issue

  • During recovery when you select Mount/Launch button the GUI will display:
    "Command Mount-SdSnapshot failed. Please contact technical support representative"
  • SnapshotManager.log might include the one of the following statement:
    1. A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'AutopickMountPoint'.Exception stack: 
    2. ERROR ao - Command execution error: FullyQualifiedErrorId: System.ArgumentExceptionException message: Input path '<LUN_Path>'  is not supported :Exception stack:
