Issue

After an upgrade, WFA workflows are no longer executing and are failing with message 

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error..

 

This has been observed from upgrades performed After:

- A new deployment of WFA 5.1.1.x and a restore of a  WFA backup from a previous instance.

- Executing an interactive upgrade from WFA 5.1.1x to a newer version
