Is it possible to give local users custom roles which allow specific workflows/API to run?

Answer

  • No, the user roles in WFA are predefined and can not be changed
  • The least privileged role that allows to run API's is Architect or Admin
  • The Approver, Operator and Guest roles can not run API's
