CSRF token failure when running REST call against OnCommand WorkFlow Automation workflow

Issue

When executing a workflow outside of WFA 5.1 through a REST client or orchestration software like Postman or vRealize Orchestrator, the workflow fails with the below error message:

No CSRF token found in session

If executing the workflow from WFA's SwaggerUI, the following message may be observed as well:

CSRF token validation failed
