Health check shows compute node as “Ready to be Upgraded” when the actual status is “Up to Date”

On the main compute firmware upgrades page, the nodes table shows a node status as “Up to Date” if it was previously upgraded.

If you select the “Begin Upgrade” button when another node in the table has the “Versions Available” status, the health check modal appears.

After health check completes, the description for both nodes show “Ready to be Upgraded” even though the first node has already been upgraded.
