Issue

  • Under the REPORTS > REPLICATION Tab in WebUI it shows:

Time to complete replication: Metadata replication is in progress    
Cloud Synchronized Until: (old date)

  • The Cloud Synchronized date is older than the current date, and it never catches up.
  • The user backed up data is replicated up to date.
  • Only AVA metadata replication is pending
