AltaVault: Local and cloud GUID mismatch

Issue

The AltaVault service fails to start with messages indicating local and cloud GUID mismatch.

Error messages similar to the following:

Mar 18 02:17:25 AltaVault rfsd[20655]: [megastore_guid.INFO] (20657) Checking megastore guid and WW appliance serial number in normal mode.
Mar 18 02:17:25 AltaVault rfsd[20655]: [megastore_guid.ERR] (20657) Megastore guid file is in cloud bucket, but not in local configuration directory. Send megastore guid alarm and shut down.
Mar 18 02:17:25 AltaVault rfsd[20655]: [megastore_guid.INFO] (20657) updating megastore guid alarm = 1
