Description

With each new controller equipped with an internal console USB serial port, NetApp includes a micro-USB to USB A cable with part number X-26009-00, X65420, or 112-00508.  This cable provides a serial port connection from a USB-equipped host to the serial console of various NetApp hardware products.  Alternatively a standard USB A to micro USB B cable can also be used. These procedures identify how to make the serial port connection for Windows 7 and Windows 10 hosts.
